- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving item.
- Return item(s) may be exchanged for another item or a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount minus any shipping and handling fees. No cash or credit card refunds are permitted.
- Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and shoes must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Sale, jewelry and intimates are final sale and may not be returned.
Order Processing Information
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed
on Friday after 5 PM (US Central Time) will begin processing on the
following Monday. Shopcityblue will contact you with a follow-up email if the
merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need
additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
If you would like to return or exchange a new/unused item purchased online, Shopcityblue must be notified within 14 days of the original ship date. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any return sent to Shopcityblue without authorization will not be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
When you contact Shopcityblue about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number which is to be placed on the outside of the original shipping box and the mailing address to Shopcityblue. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return.
To complete your return for an exchange or store credit, items must arrive at Shopcityblue within 10 days of the date your Return Authorization Number was issued.
Upon receipt of your item (s), shopcityblue will promptly ship Replacement item(s) or provide a store credit (minus shipping and handling fees) according to the amount on your original invoice.
Again, please note, that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume Responsibility for all return shipping fees.
